So, What’s the Tea?

Taylor Swift kicked off her Eras Tour in Melbourne over the weekend.
Playing three nights at the MCG venue, she saw her biggest crowd yet (96,000 fans!). Melbourne has been celebrating her presence by decorating their train stations, while businesses have put up window displays all over the city.
So why are we all so obsessed?
We love Taylor Swift because she's just so damn good at connecting with her audience. Her deeply personal songs express feelings that almost everyone can relate to.
Wish you could create fans as loyal as the biggest Swifties around? Then you need to share authentic stories so your customers can connect with you on a personal level.
You can do this by:
Revealing behind-the-scenes glimpses of your business
Highlighting the inspiration behind your products or services
Showcasing how your brand positively impacts your customers' lives
But Taylor and her Swifties aren't the only ones making the most of her Eras Tour right now.
Brands are taking every opportunity to jump on the TS bandwagon.
Arnott’s Biscuits changed their iconic Tim Tams to Tay Tams, and Hello Fresh is incorporating song lyrics into their ads (“Korma is my boyfriend”).
If you're smart, you'll use the current Swiftie fever in your marketing, too.
Here's a few ideas:
Incorporate Taylor Swift lyrics into your content. That girl has a song for everything! Swifties are a clever audience - they'll pick up on what you’re putting down.
Pull content inspo from one of her Eras. The red era needs no explanation. Her Lover era uses lots of pastels - especially pink, purples and blues.
Looking for a bit of Swiftie-inspired fun at the office? Why not set up a friendship-making bracelet station in your meeting room? You’re guaranteed to get a smile out of everyone!
6 Easy Steps to a Winning Newsletter

Creating a million dollar newsletter is about following a proven strategy. We’ve got a simple 6-step plan to grow YAP based on what the most successful newsletter media companies have done to grow theirs.
When it comes to our newsletter growth strategy, we're not trying to reinvent the wheel.
Instead, we looked at what newsletters like Morning Brew and The Publish Press have done.
Here's our step-by-step strategy:
Write a good newsletter
Move the 5,000 subscribers we have on our LinkedIn Newsletter onto our email list
Get our (almost) 2.5M followers from across our other platforms to subscribe
Use tools like Lettergrowth.com to cross-promote Your ATTN Please on other relevant newsletters
Use an influencer campaign to grow our email list
Create a referral program to encourage you to share this newsletter with everyone you know
Our referral program is something we're very confident with. And we've actually already started doing it.
If you share this newsletter with just 1 person using the link below, you'll get Jony's Saturday TAS recap newsletter.
If you refer 3 people you'll be added to my Sunday Book Club email. Being on this list means you get to help me co-create my book over the next several months.
And if you somehow invite 1,000 people, we'll fly you out to one of our headquarters to hang out with us in either NYC or NZ.
Keen to see how this newsletter grows over the coming weeks? Don't worry, we'll be sharing all the stats of how it’s going, plus what's working and what's not.
Armed with this knowledge, you'll be able to create and monetise your own newsletter just like we are.
Until next time,
- Stanley, CEO
Get To Know The Team

Welcome to KWESCHENS – the inside scoop on our TAS team and what's unfolding in their lives. Each letter in KWESCHENS unveils something they'd love to share with you - you'll catch the drift.
Kicking things off, we have Annelise from Belgium. Just two days into her TAS journey, she’s already stirring things up. Check out her answers to my KWESCHENS 👇
Who's Killing it in the office?
Mia. She's doing so well with pushing out TAS TikToks and creating client content, too.
Whose Wardrobe would you swap with?
I don't know if I want to. Oh actually, Sophie. Her wardrobe is very cool.
Who are you most Excited to work with?
Definitely Sam. I've heard he's the best.
Who's the most Savage Coworker in the office?
Cleo. I haven't gotten a chance to know her very well yet. But, she said that Mia's feet stink and I thought that that was the most out of pocket thing.😂
What's Hard in your role right now?
Being away from my family. It's hard to tee up when to call everyone.
What are you currently Exploring at TAS?
I've just been asking sh*tloads of questions. So, a bit of everything.
Naughtiest thing you've seen in the office so far?
Sophie taking her shoes off. That is only naughty to me because in Belgium that would just not fly.
Favourite Social media thing at the moment?
I love the intros when you get like the typing sound. I think that’s such a cute way to start a vlog and it captures my attention straight away.

Q - Do you have any hot tips for local charities to build up their following instead of sharing stories of what they do? - Hope
Hey Hope!
There's loads you can do on social media besides talking about the work you're doing. For example, you can create content about relatable everyday scenarios that happen in your office.
What quirky personalities do you have in your team? Is there someone who always says something awkward in meetings? What dynamics do you see on a daily basis?
This kind of content is super relatable which makes it super shareable. So definitely keep creating content about the important work you do. But don't be afraid to experiment with some fun, light-hearted content, too. It will only make your charity more loveable than it already is.
